I recently invested in a programmer and I was wondering what I should Change the shift points to, to get the most power. Also what is shift firmness and what should I set it at ( 100%, 75%, 50% or 25%).

 

I have similar issues in that the tranny seems to upshift early and an occasional rough downshift and I'm thinking the TSB will fix it. I'm going to have it done with my next oil change, but I want to be armed with the proper information when I go to the dealer.
