Re: Z28 or Z/28

Actually, I would prefer something along the lines of the Z06 logo or alternatively, a small embossed logo on the front fender that's actually stamped into the metal. Might keep the posers to a minimum that way... Or at least make them buy fenders if they want to pretend they have a Z28. Plus, I think it might look pretty cool.

I assumed he meant that no other 'Z' car used the '/' except the older Camaros.

I actually like how the 'Z' is slightly larger than the '28'. Lose the '/' and slide the '28' flush with the 'Z' and that wouldn't look so bad. Just use a more modern style font and it could be a winner. IMO anyway.

Yeah, I like that just fine. As long as the Z and 28 are flush, they can shrink the 28 and center it next to the Z like in that image. Or make the '28' set flush to the bottom OR top of the Z. Anything works for me, just no '/'.

Re: Z28 or Z/28

Z28 may be mistaken for 228... so I see a purpose behind the '/'. But Z28 (with matching font size) looks sleeker to me. Maybe something like Z28... with the "Z" simply being colored to differentiate it from the two digits.

Re: Z28 or Z/28

Considering the Camaro has returned to being a musclecar again (from being a sports car -- Z28) I voted for Z/28.

Re: Z28 or Z/28

I don't know why, but the Z/28 just looks right. However, this is a new 'concept', and to be honest, I'm not sure which would be the best for this car.

Don't like the slash , it doesn't look right. On my 3rd gen it would look out of place if it had that slash... it would also look out of place on the 5th gen.

Re: Z28 or Z/28

Just do SOMETHING. They've had the same basic Z28 style since the late 70's, that little 3 bar element thing going on. Something new, please!
