I agree. That's why I do plan on getting a coupe (and why I loved TTops so much).

A convertible is only useful for 3 or 4 months here anyway.

My father was going to purchase a convertible a year ago, but ended up opting for a coupe. Though I think I've got him interested in trading the Eclipse for a new CTS.

I think the current safety standards pretty much ruled out t-tops, and the targa would just look real goofy probably

maybe some sort of sun/moon roof??

While nothing can compare to TTops, a sun/moon roof will be acceptable as long as it's a VERY large one. Multipaneled like the G6's. But preferably even larger.
