Clarkson will be the one that points all the bad things that we know about the car already.... and he will say something about a Mullet for good measure. I will revive this thread if he does say it...

but you know what? I will watch it and I will most likely really enjoy the show. I just finished watching the 1st episode of the season and I was laughing my behind off...

I can't wait to see the Camaro in action.

Do they plan to review the new 5.0 Mustang GT as well? I would like to see that as well.

I guess they made May drive up to Eyjafjallajokull because we all know Clarkson would have done something extremely stupid around it; he'd probably have triggered an even worse eruption.

We'll have to see what Clarkson says. Should be interesting. One thing I didn't realize as a Firebird driver was that Camaros are murderers' cars... learned that watching the America special where Clarkson bought that Camaro RS

I sense a similar review to when they tested the GTO in it's Holden form back in 04?. Lot of tire smoke, but they'll rip it for the interior plastics and being American

But yet they still love it because it was a lot of fun to drive. Just like the Corvette.

^ but Clarkson feel in love with it after he drove it..

Our cars are not perfect.. and they are going to pick on those things... expected.. but at the end they are going to like it. I am sure of it.

Actually they do seem to like the Corvette overall... but remember it isn't quite as good a value over there as it is over here and it is left hand drive only.

At any rate Hammond drove the C6 in it's first review on Top Gear where Clarkson cried about leaf springs the whole time afterward, Hammond said "well they work." Clarkson drove the Z06 and in the review pretty much could only complain about the Nav system and couldn't figure out why the Ferrari 575M cost so much more... until after the review where then he stated the Z06 didn't work off the track because the ride was too harsh and he recommended viewers that wanted to use it every day buy "the regular one."

Clarkson also drove the ZR1 in their second trip to America to find out if we could build decent sports cars. He couldn't seem to say enough good things about it, and named it the best car of the year in his magazine column. He somewhat backtracked a bit when they reviewed the Audi R8 V10 and halfway through the segment said essentially that the R8 was boring and if he was going to spend 100,000 pounds he would buy something "much worse." That led into the ZR1 part of the segment where he then claimed that it performed well but was built poorly like all American cars and said that the one he previously drove in America wouldn't start after they finished shooting and then he broke off a piece of the seatbelt holder to prove the point.

Just search for a torrent "top gear S15" around the day the 3rd episode is set to air and look for S15E03 or E3

Here's an image from Top Gears testing of the 2010 Camaro SS, I think the Stig is going to drive it around the track too. They run a comparison against a Mercedes E63 AMG!

There are a few images to look at here: http://www.topgear.com/uk/photos/top...als?imageNo=13

This is something that a lot us wanted them to do, so I hope they do a good job with it.
Sort of an odd thing to compare it to though....completely different types of market. Could be interesting to see how that goes.
