Its funny you mention that, because I have been thinking the exact same thing.

 

That pack would be awesome to find at Target, we will be keeping a lookout there, even if it is an hour drive!

We have found oodles of silver, but only 2 red ones!

Hey, if any of you guys are finding alot of silver HW cars yet and want red, let me know...we could do a buy & swap, or you could buy, and I'd send you money+shipping. I only have 3 silver, but a bunch of red with more coming I'm sure. Also, if anybody can clarify the R/C cars: the tiny (5 in or w/o mirrors) comes in both colors??? the mid (7.5 in or w/mirrors) comes only in red, as well as the 1/16 scale??? This is the way I've seen all of them, except only 1 silver tiny one...just looking to clarify.

**Side note**
If anybody wants the 1/18 diecast models, I have a connection at a hobby shop to buy them right around 25 bucks...I got the red one already, but the silver one was on backorder, but should be coming shortly. I can order as many as I want, but I would then have to pa for them...so, if you want one, just let me know.

That isn't a bad idea at all! Everyone could help everyone out I was crazy and bought both 1/18 through ChevyMall back in August for $39 a pop!
And they were preordered. Never seen them until mid-Nov.

 

I have many Silver Hot Wheels and would like to trade for some Red, as I can't find them in my area, let me know...thanks.....Tom
Also the 5" comes in Red & Silver w/o mirrors, I have both of them, have not seen the 7.5" ones yet, the larger R/C's that I have come in Red & Silver w/mirrors have both of them also......

 

I finally found the 1:18 scale model!! I'm thrilled it was a red one too!

 

Haha. I just snagged 6 of the red Hotwheels today. K-Mart was having a Hot Wheels show so I kinda lucked out. Now I'm regretting buying that single red car off of Ebay for 7 bucks.
