How do you figure? They're running one car every six minutes, for a single 8-hour shift. The 74th car would have been during the last hour of that shift.

If 150 is correct, that's good news for us last minute orderers. That would mean slightly over 3 months for 14000 (plus one for each dealer)...figure around 4 months..AT CURRENT RATE, which is sure to get faster.

Of course..I didn't make it into the initial allocation, so the faster the better.

Agreed. Oshawa is capable of over 400 Camaros a day if they can keep the line fed with parts at that rate.

Per day or per shift?

Okay, but they also said one shift, one car every six minutes. These are contradictory claims.

I see four possibilities:

1. They worked more than eight hours yesterday.
2. The one-every-six-minutes claim was BS.
3. The 150 cars claim was BS.
4. It's all BS.

Does anyone have any way to figure out which one is the truth?

It's written in a few places that 150 were produced yesterday- and that's after the big Rick Hendrik ceremony in the morning. And the flex line only is running one shift according to Oshawa employees here on the boards. There is discussion of O/T and Saturdays going on.
