So therefore I wouldnt got getting all excited about the various options and their prices listed in the survey, there is absolutely no guarantee that any of them will get to the car.

Frankly, judging from long term trends the camaro will most likely be like every other car out there and come with a long laundry list of standard items.

All Camaros will have A/C
All camaros will have PS PB & PW
the base motor will be a V6 of course, I bet MSRP on a base model Camaro will come in the 22-25k range. (with the obligatory 5-7k 'cool car' charge for the 1st 3 years of its run)
I expect a SS and Z-28.. i doubt there will be an RS (at least not at first) and I highly doubt there will be a ZL-1 car. (or whatever code that is)


BRO... you gotta think POSITIVE... the general listened when they started designing the car... they listened when they decided to build it... Remeber we have some NEW BLOOD at the GM. They are trying to Bring BACK the Great Cars that we will lust over and over 10-20 years down the road.

I think the GTO was a decent effort... even though it was not a HIT...first year moldel was BORING....

I think the SKY and Soltice are AWESOME lil cars... not for me... but I like them...

And Now that GM is going back to REAR Drive PLATFORM in the next 2-3 years... we should get some really cool cars... (grand Prix, monte carlo, Impala)

I just HOPE they don't have GTO like options....

EVERYTHING... Pick your Wheels and Tranny... THAT SUCKS

We all agree that picking
wheels and the tranny are important...

BUT the real picks would be

2-3 different engines choices...
different gear ratios....
different interior packages...
different handling packages...

That SAD THING IS... IF WANT A TRUCK.... A TRUCK....
YOU CAN GET ANYTHING YOU WANT

SOME Trucks are nicer than most Caddy's

Or as basic as Vinyl seats and floors, no A/C with a 5-speed manual and V6.... and you still get to pick your rear end gear??? WHAT THE HELL

If we had these types of options in rear drive GM Vehicle... people we have a blast getting the car they want... NOT WHAT THE SALES GUYS SELLS YOU !!!
