"Will the 5th Gen. Camaro officially be available in Germany, like the 4th Gen. was?"

We saw photos of the new 5th Gen. Camaro on the Nürburgring in Germany. And it had amber turn lights,
which gave as a lot of hope, because they are mandatory in Germany and the US pictures had red turn lights.

But we have no official information, if it will be available in Germany yet.
Just a lot of rumors!

There will be a lot of unofficial imports to Germany of the 5th Gen.
And they ask for +30% sticker price :-(

So GM, help us German Camaro enthusiasts and sell it officially in Germany again.

We can't live without V8s anymore and we are tired of european 4 cylinder so called sportscars :-)

Kai from Germany

How about this? Keep driving (and enjoying) your 4th-gen until the hysteria dies down. Or, find a dealer that's not a tool. If you apply option 1, you might actually get to negotiate a deal.

How do people inside GM who were not directly involved in the project feel about Camaro? Is the feeling generally positive? Does everyone "get it"? Based on this, what are your thoughts about Camaro continuing on to a 6th gen and beyond?

I know it will never be answered but I would love to hear an explanation on why they aren't building the V6 manual yet. Is it supplier problems or what? Why isn't this on constraint if they aren't building them?

No worries Chris,

Is it too late to find out about the HUD? Maybe for part 2 of the podcast.

My 1LT/RS M6 went 3400 today so it looks like John was right on point with his prediction about the manual transmission in the V6.

1100: 10/13/2008
2000: 4/02/2009
3000: 4/08/2009
3300: 5/14/2009
3400: 5/21/2009
