you need not forget that all the muscle cars from the late 60's had the exact same body lines...camaro,firebird,charger,challenger,chevell and so on. the frontends are the only things that set them apart. so to see the gto concept is pretty close to the cmaro would be correct, because the shared pretty much the smae lines back in the day.

 

 

To me it looks similar to an rx8, defintely from the back.
