I may have done my math wrong, but is the ticker counting down until the 14th of Jan? If so, why? I know that's when the show opens to the public, but alot of you guys get to get in on the 9th and that's when our beloved 5th Gen goes on display.

 

Yes, the counter is to the public date because only a very small fraction of the thousands of people that visit this site every day are getting in on the 9th. The people geting on on the 9th don't need a countdown timer.
