So im going to guess the odds of the camaro coming with a similar package are pretty slim but what do you think?

 

That would be awesome if Chevy did that for the Camaro. I know I would definitely look into it.

 

Anything that will make my camaro non-street legal from the dealer I'm not interested in.

Nice idea and very nostalgic but I don't see the point. The major drag racing classes don't use factory cars anymore. It's not like Sox & Martin are getting a factory acid dipped lightweight A/FX car from Chrysler to campaign in NHRA.

Maybe it's just a way to show off the race Hemi engine? And while I'm sure there are those who will buy a brand new $30,000+ "package" Challenger to race on the track... but how many could that be and would it be worth the expense for Chrysler?
