Is this a similar exhaust experience that the Disciples had? Seemed more meaty in the videos we saw.

Well, I don't think the exhaust is finalized, but what are you expecting from a high reving V6? It isn't going to sound like a V8 and it shouldn't. I think sounding like a high-end tuner car such as the G37 is not a bad thing at all.

most people don't like that sound. personally, it doesn't bother me at all.

I'm with you. I think V6s that try to be throaty with rumble just come of sounding more like a shallow "pop, pop" and it just doesn't work. The more high pitched, pseudo exotic sound is better in my opinion.
