That's the color I wanted, but couldn't find one anywhere. Settled for silver over Sport Red. It's a nice color on the car.

 

I can't read any more. Its killing me. Awesome deal. I looked at the G8 when I was first shopping for a car. I have a 99 Grand Am Gt.
My car will be here any day. I guess I want what I want. I'm sticking with it. But Damn!

Was the $5000 GM card points topped off, or were what you had already earned? I received a letter as well, but I don't think it mentioned anything about topping off earnings. I'll have to go dig it up. If I can get the same deal, it'll be very tempting.

 

You have to have enough points to get the 5K off (I have 6,500ish) My brother received a letter telling him he could get either 2,500 or 3K (can't remember exactly) off a G8 GT and that's just over what he has earned for points.

Hell, if they'd let you go in the hole on your points I'd buy my wife a new Pontiac too

Yeah, they're not topping you off, they're just allowing you to redeem more, in this case $5000 instead of the usual $1000. Lucky for me, I had $5018 in earnings.

Love the G8 GT... and i was this close to buying one....

but Camaro won me over.

can't go wrong with any of those 2.

 

I wish I could lose the front plate, but it's the law in Colorado and the cops are always looking for a reason to pull me over.

Please, don't get me wrong, I love the new Camaro, but I will never pay dealer's markup for any car. I will get a used 2010 Camaro. So, please take care of my future car.
