I'm guessing all of you letter havers ordered on the 13th ASAP. So, I ordered mine the 12th of Dec, will I even get a letter? If so, when do you think it should show up?

Did you receive the 1st letter or any letters for that matter? If not I would contact your dealer where you ordered from and make sure that the order actually was input into the system. A 2nd letter/welcome pack is being mailed out right now and some have already received those. I ordered on the 13th of October and received my letter a while ago, still waiting on the welcome pack though.

Good idea, could be just an error or wrong address on file, but it is wise to check.

He said, "You are number 3. We get our first allocation group in the middle of january so I will be able to tell you a better time frame of when yours will be built." Does this make any sense to any dealers out there?

 

Good to hear that the order is actually in the system. I am #1 on my dealers list and was told with their initial allocation mine should be built very early on and I should have it end of Feb/beginning of March. I tend to think that it will be closer to the middle of March, because I remember the launch of the
C6, there was a 2 week Q/A hold on the first bunch of cars built, and then the delivery from Canada will take some time to get down south to me. Either way it is getting closer and closer now to taking delivery!

 

Ok, I fell better now. Thanx! I don't get the dealer jargon of allocations, but whatever works for them. I prefer days...120 daysish till delivery!!!

 

Ask for your 6-digit order number. A printout of your order should have your name printed on it, along with that order #.
