Camaro and Challenger observation in Chicago...
Both the Camaro and Challenger had their rear windows up in Chicago. They both had their rear glass down in Detroit.
B-pillar, for both?

I could care less whether that rear window rolls down or not. It really doesnt matter cause I wont be sitting back there

Some things to think about.....
-Virtually every coupe on the market has a B-pillar. Mustang, G35, 350Z, RSX, Aston Martin, etc...
- A B-pillar would be hidden behind the rear glass.
- A B-pillar will aid in new crash standards.
-A B-pillar will save 50-100 lbs.

I suspect that the windows are rolled down on the concept because the whole point is to be able to SEE the car-- inside and out-- which is easier done with no glass obstructing a viewer.
I don't want the B-killer either, because I just don't think they can pull one off without making it blatantly obvious that it's there-- but if they CAN, then WTF. What choice do we have, really?
I don't like that it'll kill the rearward visibility... and would probably break up the flow of the window... but if it's the only option cost-wise, then so be it. I'm not gonna burn fires at the altar if it's there, I'll just be really disappointed that they got our hopes up in that direction for nothing.
Cheers--

Re: Camaro and Challenger observation in Chicago...
It becomes more of a two door sedan with a B pillar. A true coupe with quarter windows cant have a B pillar. This car has the feel of a first gen, and a B pillar ruins that.
