I am. I'm mostly afraid that the Camaro will grow in size compared to the concept.

My only worry right now is price of V8 models. And to a lesser extent Interior build quality.

But oddly I still voted no.

Nope, not worried. I think that after all of the focus that has been placed on this car over the past year, they will take a more critical approach to the production version..

Nah, not me.

The C6, Silverado, and HHR have me believing GM now knows how to get the flare and keep it into production.

Just me, but I never thought the GTO made a good Camaro. Take the Camaro Concept, add some overall length, increase it's height, next thing you know - voila.

And oh yeah, don't expect very wide tires.

I didn't think we were ever expecting it to grow even more than the Concept?? If anything, I thought that the width of the car has been discussed, and if anything, the Concept is exceptionally wide for a car?? I mean, I suppose if they DO in fact narrow it down, even just a little, and raise the roof-line slightly, it might give it a different look (proportionally) but I'm sure the car will still look good ... I'm not going to worry about that until I see a production car and have reason to worry .

I don't worry about the power(plant) either, because GM never failed to give us good power in the last generation of the Camaro, so why would they now?

The interior is the only area that I'm curious to see what the final version will look like (curious, not worried). Will they keep the full "retro" theme? Will they modernize the Concept's interior a little? Or will it be something almost entirely different?? Interiors are typically the least of my concern though, so as long as it "appears" nice, I won't really care! (just being honest)

The PRICE probably "worries" me the most of anything. The car had better be priced competitively, or it could lead to upset again . At least now we know that marketing won't be an issue like it was for the 4th-gens ... it seems GM has done more advertising and drawn more hype for this Camaro (that doesn't really exist yet) than they did for the entire 4th-gen run!! Good for the 5th-gen (but bad for the 4th's)

Exactly what I'm worried about. If I'm not happy with the price of the Camaro, I'll be looking at a '06 Z06 Corvette, and this would be my first brand new car.

Personally, I'm not too concerned about price. GM is sensitive about pricing it right. And if it comes afew bucks away from Mustang, but also has better content, I'm okay with that.

The price of the next Camaro is expected to be within $500 of a comparable Mustang.

Cool. As long as a near 300 hp V6 camaro isnt "comparable" to a 300 hp V8 Mustang.

Yeah, what about pricing for a 400+ HP camaro? There is not really a Mustang (production) in that cetegory...

I'd doubt there will be a 300 hp V8 Mustang to compare it to by then.

V8 pricing is what scares me the most.
