Yup....I'm outta this mess. I found a lightly used GT500 convertible and cancelled my order on the Camaro. I'll be back in a couple years when they get it all figured out. Odds are I won't suffer much depreciation compared to a new 2SS/RS anyhow, and at least I WILL have a car for this summer for sure doing it this way.
There seems to be no guarantee of having a Camaro this summer if you ordered back in October. I think we all got took for a ride on the "marketing express"....just as Conti predicted (and to think that everyone hammered him for saying it.....)

I am looking forward to the future of Camaro. I think my next model will be a 2012 Z28 ragtop, Anniversary addition.[/QUOTE]

**** I HOPE YOUR RIGHT MY DUDE BECAUSE ILL BE RIGHT ALONG WIT YOU SQUATIN ONE OF THE NEW Z/28 IF & WHEN THEY COME OUT!! MY ONLY ISSUE ABOUT NOT GETTING THE FIRST OF SOMETHING IS THAT AND THE LAST YEAR A MODEL COMES OUT ARE ALWAYS THE ONES THAT END UP WORTH THE MOST WHICH IS ONE OF THE REASONS I WANNA BE ONE OF THE FIRST TO GET THE FIRST YEAR Z/28 IF IT DROPS. PLUS BY THEN WHATEVER WAS WRONG WIT THE CAMARO'S LT & SS MODELS SHOULD BE FIXED BY THEN & SHOULDNT BE A PROBLEM IN THE Z/28
