2011 Camaro Heads Up Display Demo

After having had a HUD in our 04 Comp G I really like them, especially stealth mode where all the other lights of the dash are cut off and you just have the hud. I found I actually drove slower with the hud because I saw an actual number instead of just a needle pointing towards a general area of the speedometer. Is the Camaro HUD going to show the tach as an option?

Nope. I feel exactly the same after living with it on the wife's car for the last 8 years. It gets shut off every time I'm behind the wheel.

So people just come into a thread about HUD just to say they don't like it? Don't get it then. Some people like the HUD and think it is cool, I thought so in my wife's car. It's nice to be able to focus on the road and not look down every 5 seconds to make sure your not speeding in city traffic with a police radar speed trap around every corner.

If you are young and hip you like the HUD.
Or if you are old and cantankerous you don't care for it.
What would be cool is if it would draw threat indicator boxes around police cars and Mustangs.
