Wheel well opening shape, bulge above the rear fenders, squared tail lights, RS package available, Return of the vert and 350, wheel base and width are close.

The Camaro's evolved through out the generations correct?? The 2nd Gen had a couple of styling cues to the 1st. 3rd to 2nd. LT1 4th to 3rd. LS1 to LT1. So to say the 4th gen doesnt look like a Camaro is untrue in my opinion.

I personally think that the ride height is fine; you don't want it to low where the lower valance\ bumper will scrape the ground. I can speak from experience since I drive a lowered truck. If you think it sits a little high you can always buy a lowering kit.

I don't mind it sitting a tiny bit high, though I do prefer to sit down lower.

It sitting a little high just assures that GFX won't scrape the ground like they did on my '91. (They never scraped on the '02 cause Chevy got smart and made it that split valance in the front.)

Thumbs up

IMO it sits perfect. I still love the shot of the 5th gen, next to the 4th gen, what an awesome pic! Oh, and the other one with all the generations of Camaro is really nice too. I can see alot more 3rd gen in it, now that I see them together. The fender lips (or whatever you want to call em') are almost identical to 3rd gens, as well as the upper front fender area IMO. I see much more than just the obvious 1st gen styling, that's for sure, but you must look closely, or you'll miss it. To me the car IS very worthy of the name CAMARO and fits well with the others. JMO.

I wonder how much lift it'll make over a buck?
I'll take some 18's, or 18 front & 19's rear, and lower the center of gravity just a tad..

I never even care how high the car sits stock, it's never anything some aftermarket suspension setup can't cure

it's hard to tell because i havn't seen one in person yet, but the picture showed what i don't care for as much. i like the sloping sports car look of the 3rd-4th gens. it's just the era i grew up in. still i like it.

I agree the wheels are too big, but it also does sit too high. I wouldn't complain if it was given to me though. I love it
