From those of you that had a closer look at the display, is the "razor" spoiler higher than the ducktail that we see on the RS and SS or is it in fact the same spoiler. I would like something a little taller and more aggressive but definitely not that giant ricer wing.

 

they call it the blade spoiler and it looks to be taller than the rs spoiler. not sure how big but it is larger looking. and functional.

Thats great, I'm lovin that taller spoiler. The low spoiler was one of my few gripes about the car. Great to see that!

 

im debating to get it or not now. i keep looking at the picture of the black rs/ss and im loving it just t he way it sits. i thinki need to get a photo shop done so i can see what im working with here.

 

I took this pic after the auction. Its tough to compare, but the front spoiler is the standard one, the back one is the blade. IIRC the same guy bought both, maybe he will post up some better pics.

 

thats t he real blade spoiler that is the option on the camaro? where did you get this picture at?
it doesnt look to rediculously huge. i think it will give it a nice look if that is the real spoiler.

 

It's not huge, but look at the angle it comes up at compared to the standard one. The standard spoiler slopes upward very slightly. The blade spoiler comes up much more sharply.

 

Ill definitely upgrade to the blade spoiler. No way will that other giant ricer wing ever make its way to my Camaro.

As far as I know, that's a real picture of the spoiler. Both spoilers appear to be autographed (perhaps by the Camaro "Big 3"?). I guess there was an auction at the Indy event?

 

ooooohhh. i see now. i thought it was road rash or something on it. but yeah now it looks like an autograph.
and it looks like a grill in the middle of the 2?

Yep, that was after the Indy auction. The spoilers are waiting to be picked up by their new owner. I was in line to pick up the SLP gift certificate I won in the silent auction and snapped the pic. I just did it quickly, that why its not a great pic.

 

man this is probably one of the hardest decisions in my life. i dont know what the hell i want. i love the way the stock spoiler is, its very clean looking and true to the concept. but i want to stand out from other camaro's and the blade has a nice look that is close to the stock but has a bit of an edge to it. then theres the high spoiler. now at first i didnt like it too much, i thought it was too big. but you know , when you see it from the back and the side, that wing is really nice looking. now, how nice? i dont know but in the pictures ive seen, its growing on me. i guess i need to see it painted and what it will look like from all angles. id hate to buy it and then later on begin to hate it.
