Mustangs come with power drivers seat standard, so look for it to be standard on the new Camaro.

That would be hideously expensive to gm. This isnt a race car, its a major production vehicle. It needs to have the standard features of the current competition just to survive.

I would expect power windows, locks, mirrors and drivers seat to be standard. They are on the base model 2008 G6 I have that cost a lot less than the Camaro will. It wouldn't be worth the additional cost of designing and building the manual versions of those parts since most buyers would opt for the power versions anyway. Dealers would demand those options on anything they ordered anyway, so they have the best chance of selling the cars instead of having it sit on the lot until the "right buyer" comes along

hmm...i know most cars have all that power crap these days, but i just miss the days when there was an actual list of many different options to be had with your new car. Nowdays the options list just seems to get smaller and smaller, so its basically pick a model, color, and wheels(maybe) oh and dont forget the navigation system just in case you get lost on your way home
