I plug it into the USB and it does nothing at all.
I've tried 3 ipods and 3 cables and nothing happens.
No messages no error.

I can you use the AUX but I want the USB working.

Any suggestions (other than take it back to the dealer, I'm in the UK)

Tough one, for sure. I would say take it to the dealership, I hate to say.

Maybe someone else can chime in with some thoughts.

Okay, let's use that as a last resort. What about the Bluetooth? Does that work?
