Question TPI or TBI Stock crank strength questions??

I am building up an 86 rx7, I'm putting some sorta of post-86 350. I am wanting to know the max revs that a stock crank can take. The reason I want to know this is because I want to build the motor, and try to keep away from spending large amount of money on a forged crank. I was wondering what kinda power I can expect if I leave the stock crank, use some sorta H-rods or similar rods, a set of 10.0 compression pistons, aftermarket heads, a cam, and 750 carb. I want to go carb to keep it simple and not have to deal with the wiring into the RX7. I have a t-56 trans already to use with it. I want to be able to rev the motor to around 6500 rpms, since my car has 4.10 rearend stock. I also would like to get around 400 rwhp N/A. The car only weighs 2700 lbs with the motor and trans in, so I don't want a low to mid rpm powerband, I think that a mid to higher rpm powerband would suit the car better.
If anyone has any ideas as what I need to do to achieve my goal of 400 rwhp please post ideas.
Thanks, Les

Well prepped stock crank & rods (w/arp rod bolts) should have no problem with 6500 rpm and 450 crank hp. Forged crank and aftermarket rods would be nice, but not absolutely necessary. Be careful choosing aftermarket parts. There is a lot of foreign made stuff out there, some good, some worse that your stock stuff.

i know a guy running a stock cast crank in a LT1 pushing 10 lbs of boost and spinning it to 7K rpm... and he put down 475rwhp and he has no problem out of his crank so far...
