Seems like a nifty little design. Although it kinda reminds me of a modified Wankle (without apex seals). The claims do seem awfully high though.

Really cool idea. I doubt much of this kind of thing will ever see production but I really love to see people trying to reinvent the Internal Combustion engine. Some really great stuff and a good find. Thanks for pointing this out.

Not exactly new, I remember reading about it a few years back. Nice to see that they're still pushing ahead with it.
