95 Camaro, V6 Auto, Ohio, Fix or Project car

I have a 95 Camaro, 3.4/Automatic. I really don't have a need for it anymore, as I'm driving the Monte now, plus working on a 57 Chevy. It's originally black, but been repainted black again before I got it. It has stock wheels on it (now) with good tires, tinted windows, clear front marker lights, 'big block' fiberglass hood, rear tail light covers, pioneer CD/MP3 player with remote. It also has a starter disable system on it. If you pull the chip, car will not start. With the chip in, you still have to depress the brake pedal before car will turn over.
Here are a couple pictures of it (different wheels and different tail lights now), also before the mark on the passenger side.

These are what it looked like cleaned up for a night out on the town.

The things that I know of that need fixed:
I scraped the side of my 4 wheeler with it one morning when backing up, has a mark and small dent on the passenger side quarter panel by the door and a scrape on the door. The motor has a tick to it once it gets warmed up (after running 3-4 minutes). I'm not sure if it is a lifter tapping, or maybe a wrist pin noise or something. It runs fine, drives fine. I drove it with tapping noise for probably 2-3 months, so it's not something thats going to come apart. I tried a little thicker oil, running some cleaner through it, nothing helped. Probably going to have to come apart to be fixed. The starter doesn't want to spin everytime you hit it, sometimes have to 3 or 4 times, going to have to be replaced. The windshield has a crack in it, console lid is broken, normal seat tear, the ABS light is on because I knocked the sensor with a hammer by mistake when replacing the passenger front ball joint, the rear deck (wing) has clearcoat peeling on it (wasn't repainted when car was because they had an aftermarket wing on it).

If someone is interested, I'll get/send them some current pictures of the areas described above. I'd like to get $2500 for it the way it sets but taking offers /trades. I'm in southern Ohio near Chillicothe.
