will a B-body PCM work in an F-body?

i am onverting an OBD2 car over to OBD1 and wanted to know if i woul be able to use a PCM from a B-body? i beleive i will not be able to flash an F-boy flash in corect it has a different set up or data?

I don't know that much about OBD2 to OBD1 swaps, but as far as the computers themselves, each OBD1 LT1 PCM (except those that use the EPROMs, like the 93Z) is exactly the same hardware wise. The difference is in the programming. All you need to do is flash your stock or modified file in and your set to go.

B & F swap, you'll want the correct trans. Y works in B&F but B&F well not work in a Y-body.
