2 last races before the V6 gets put up for sale

This past week i got 2 last good races for the v6. The first was a 00'ish honda S2000, all nice looking and stuff, he came flying by me, so i came up to catch him. I dropped it to third at 70 and gunned it till i was about 3 car lengths past him (he didnt do anything yet) then i slow back down next to him, and he drops it (and gets his back end to my front) then i get on it, i slowly start passing him but then we had to slow down because of traffic, when we started slowing down his front end was next to my door. Then we both turned off the interstate to head back on base. We were stopped next to each other behind traffic at a light, he got me to roll the window down, he asked it if it was a v8 and replied no, he seemed really suprised (only thing done to my car is K&N CAI and Xcelerator Exhaust system(does sound like a v8 till about 3k rpm) said he was happy he got to give it one last run before he had to put the car up, im assuming hes about to TDY or something. Then 2 days later im bored so i decide to drive around for no reason, and i come across a honda integra all riced out with a bottle on NOS showing through his front windshield. I raced him twice from a dead stop at stop lights. Both times i got 2 car lengths off the start but then after that it seemed he was slowly starting to pull on me, but i didnt want to go too fast because cops everywhere around here. But it did feel good to jump on a front wheel drive car like that and see a bottle of NOS in my mirror. But now the clutch is fried (car hasnt enjoyed the 5k rpm launches lately, which i only do because its a great take off and i still get awesome traction) and i barely got it home after ordering a new one.

But now I found exactly the car i want, 97 black z28, 6 speed with the traction control switch. I plan on trying to get this car after I replace the clutch in the v6 and meet the guy to test drive it, gonna be fun having the same car as my brother, even though he plans on dumping almost $30k in the motor soon(which puts me right back in his rear view mirror lol)

those are some questionable wins out of a V6 w/ just cai and catback. not saying you didnt win those races just made me question. what year is your v6?

As far as your bro throwing 30k into his motor i was wondering if he was doind a ls7 swap vuz 30k is quite a bit of money. just curious

The second race, if we would have kept on it i dont doubt he would have won, and its a 95 and as far as my bro, hes about to get deployed and when he comes back hes gonna have that 30k to dump in his car, hes not sure of everything hes gonna do yet, he hasnt even decided to go with an lt4 conversion or a 383 stroker yet, seems to be leaning more to the stroker with lots of bolt ons and a supercharger
