Will This Set-up Get Me 500rwhp Or More?? Anybody Please Help
Hey I was wondering if this set-up would get me 500rwhp or more. I have a 94 camaro z28 m6. I have headers, bolt ons, lt4 hot cam... I just wanted to change the cam,(blower cam), pistons and rods -- to handle boost. not bored or anything. and keep everything else stock heads, crank, etc -- and run a t67 turbo sts kit at 10psi or even 12 psi. Will I be able to acheive 500rwhp or more/less??? - SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP

A procharger or an STS can get you 500rwhp without difficulty. At 500rwhp you have somewhere near 580flywheel. Forged pistons and rods will probably hold together. However the tune is going to be important.
If you want more numbers, call STS and ATI. Get the answers from them and do a search in the forums. There is a wealth of information on this subject that you should read through before making a jump like this to forced induction. By reading another recent post of yours, I'm not so sure you know the full details.
I would say do a full engine rebuild to get there. That means changing valvetrain components, rods, pistons, perhaps the crank, bearings, timing set, cam etc. Perhaps get the heads ported as well.
I will not give you my opinion as both systems will work. Which one is better is up to you, as if I mention what I think - this thread will turn into another flame war between people on the board. That's just how it is right now over this issue. Do a search, take a good look at pros and cons of each setup. Both have advantages and disadvantages.
Again, both will do it. Do a search, make some phone calls, and make a decision on your own to figure out what you want.
