Question New here and really in the woods with Flywheels..

Hello!! I have T-56 and stock hydraulic clutch system out of 1996 Camaro. I have seen a lot of clutches advertised and i think i liked to try RAM clutch plate and assembly ,but since my motor is "old" style 350 and has "2-piece" crank people keep telling me i need "PULL TYPE" flywheel!!!
Can some explain me as clearly as possible what is the difference between regular GM flywheels and these LT-1-T56 "pull type" flywheels! this is driving me crazy..

You might want to contact Steve Spohn via e-mail at Spohn Performance. He has developed an install kit for coupling a T56 to a Gen 1 smallblock.

tech@spohn.net

An "administrative" item.... you are required to make your e-mail address visible in order to participate in this board. Go to your "profile" and click "yes" in the appropriate box. Thanks!
