Truck doesn't handle as well as Z28
Well late last weekend my friend jake with a 95 Z28 with mods turns into a house development. He goes around a corner going around 50 or 40 im not sure so itry to follow him and thats when it got bad. it was so dark that i couldn't see that the pavement had dirt scattered on it, anyways i go around the corner going about 35 and i fish tail i slam on the brakes and try to straighten out but both don't help me. I go half way in a ditch and my abs doesn't work on the dirt and pavement at same time so i hit a cement curb and pop both left tires and *uck my tires and rims. and i slid and hit a srp transformer box(lucky me). My left front is pushed back towards my door and my air bags deploy when i hit goingabout 2 miles an hour into the box. The next day i realize that my bed is twisted and my BRAKE circuit wires were unplugged from when i hit the curb thats why i went a extra 10 yards to hit the box. The worst thing its a 2003 ford f150 and its going to be costly to fix with the airbags deploying for no reason it was a waste. Do you think i bent my frame with the impact on the front suspension and the bed twisted. Whats cool is that my friends think its funny and say "dude your INSANE"

sitting to the left of my keyboard is my new car insurance packet. a few minutes ago, i was wondering to myself why rates are going up even though the value of my car is going down and i have almost 9 years of a perfect driving record. *knocks on wood*

Wow..that sucks.. I have been driving other cars recently (Familys other vehicles, GFs Grandam, Friends 94 GT (With springs, LCAs,etc) since my car was broke..and just about killed myself a few times.. My mind is soooo used to just entering an onramp without worrying about recommended speeds.. Ill realize how dump I was 10seconds into the curve as it tightens and get on the brakes.. durr. I guess you just get used to how well the Fbody holds the road. Regardless of what other people think of it... I have no trouble leaving the cruise control on during a 25mph curve.... doing that in the Venture, GrandAm, stang, etc...and Im looking for an accident. Glad your ok man!

Low 13s, and you say I'd probably win? lol Just messin'. Sounds like a pretty quick car. What's done to it? Auto or 6 speed? I don't street race anymore due to a recent incident (court etc.). We should meet up some time and check out da cars. I'm on AIM - lpstageii

Hey, I am up for a race, and I have a few others that would love to join in as well. I am more around the ahwatukee area, but could travel in that direction.
