Ok...My car vs. stock ls1
A friend of mine has been driving his girls stock 6spd. ls1 firebird around like its the ****. He used to have a civic and he thinks this firebird is a top fueler..lol. Anyway my cousin told him my car would smoke his ***. He said maybe ,but not by much. This all led to a bunch of b.s. talking(what r friends for) and I finally said I could give him 3 cars and still kill his ***. He laughed and said NO WAY. He said if we raced I would not be more than a car in front at most. I said lets race then. He said lets do it for money...I said fine and shook. He then said I got 2 put a car on him and he still gets his 3 cars. I did not know I was betting this ,but I said fine.(he twisted my words around ,but I let him..lol) We race tomorrow for a 100 dollars on the street. My car is on e.t. streets. so traction will not be much of an issue 4 me.(just baby alittle out the hole 2 not break my ****ty 10 bolt..lol) He cannot drive worth a **** ,and I know that firebird's 60 foot is gonna suck. I think I will make up that 3 cars by the time I am in second gear. He's gonna have to learn the rule of traction,and not believe everything u read in dam magazines about cars. Racing is about experience. So what do you guys think. My car had been lightened up a little too..hehe. I know that formula firebird is supposed 2 be light and fast,but bone stock...pleeeeeeeez. OPINIONS PLEASE..LOL

 

dude with your combo vs. a stock ls1 it should be about a second difference in the 1/4.

 

lets us know how his front end looks. and how good it feels to take his money! lol
