Attention all 93-97 birds!
I talked to a guy I know at a body shop that has told me that he can get 98+ front ends with Ram air hoods for $1500 canadian.
They wont be brand new but they will be in good shape. He buys them from cars that are written off and where the fronts are still intact. I told him that there should be a few people who may want them on this board so I am taking orders. To cut down on paint costs, I have asked him to try to buy specific colors. This price does not include install or refinishing.
I was also able to get a price if you buy a brand new kit from the states. It was $1450 US Funds, unpainted.
Now before I promise anything, I want to say that this guy is a great guy to deal with. But I haven't known him very long. So, what I'm saying is based on what he claims he can do. He did show me a site that only certified people can bid on and he pulled up 58 totaled 98+ WS6's. I told him that I could get a few people interested in it if he wants. I told him to give me a price that most people will buy it for. He said he can do it for $1500 Canadian. There is no paying up front , however he is a little relunctant to bring up 5-10 TA's and not be able to get rid off them.
If you are intested let me know. Right now I have three orders.
1) SBainsTA (Me) - Red TA
2) Bunker - Black TA
3) NiteRider - Red TA

You know you would do it in a heart beat if it wasn't for everyone bugging you after. The stretched Geo Storm look could use an upgrade anyways
