Smile Does this sound right for 2:73 gear?

What do you guys think?

1/4 13.785@105.15 -60ft 2.38- 1/8 8.9x@83x

It's a '02 Z-28 A-4 with 2:73's
Mods=SLP lid, flowtech
cutout before axel, raised airbox,
removed spare tire/jack,

I think it's running pretty strong, I never hit 105 mph.

Thanks

If you look at your 60 ft time you can see how much room you have for improvement by just getting better traction. With a set of drag radials I would guess that you would be around 13.4 to 13.5 in the quarter mile.

Good Luck!

The trap is there, but the ET could be lower. However, your 60' leaves some to be desired.

My car went 13.24@106.45, 2.05' on DRs with full weight and 2.73s. This included jack/spare, fulltank of gas, nothing removed from the car. Mods were lid, cutout, filter.

So, get that 60' down, and you'll ET 13.2-13.4. If I had cut a 1.8 like everyone else on DRs, I would been high 12s. Then remove the extra weight......

Thanks, his car seems pretty strong compared to my car and most other's down here.

Most other A-4's at our track with close to the same mods and 3:23's are only running 1/4 102-103 mph and 1/8 81-82 mph.

Standard for the A4 is 2.73's, look at your door and look for the codes.

I think:
GU2
Axle Ratio 2.73, Rear

GU4
Axle Ratio 3.08, Rear

GU5
Axle Ratio 3.23, Rear

GU6
Axle Ratio 3.42, Rear

G80
Axle Positraction, Limited Slip
