Post Lean or rich?

What are the possible ways to find out if I'm running lean or rich? I have atap but I heard that the O2's can't be trusted at WOT (which mine drop to .025 at WOT..even after replacing them). Any help would be much appreciated.

Check your long term fuel trims across several cells, if the #'s are positive then your car is adding fuel to adjust for a lean condition. If the #'s are negative, your car is subtracting fuel to adjust for a rich condition.
