What kind of towel or rag or what ever are you using to remove the wax, be VERY specific or I can not help you.

That is what is causing your marks, dump all the kitchen towels, you should only be using top quality bath towels, go to the mall and get some white colored only Fieldcrest Royal Velvet or Fieldcrest Charisma full size bath towels. Only wash them in liquid detergent, keep the separate and then them to ONLY be used on your cars paint and NOT the wheels, just the paint. If you use powder detergent to wash your car towels, the powder will not fully wash out of the towel in the washer and the powder granules will scratch the paint.

I agree with the suggestion on the towels. Also, what type of wax are you using? If it is a cleaner wax I hope you are only going back and forth (no circles).. heck I'd go back and forth with any wax... no circles.. ever. Also, what are you applying the wax with? What color is the car? I've got news for you, if it's black that's just spiderwebbing, all black cars suffer from it. It's not so much paint imperfections as it is the black paint. If you try all of this and you're still dissatisfied, try polishing and glazing the car before you wax.

Hope this helps,

What exactly is cleaner wax....obviously it cleans.but why use that when claying is a million times better? When are the times that cleaner wax should be used?
