is there a code on the options list for my car to tell exactly which lt1 model i have in my 95z??? or would i have to go inspecting on my motor to find out for sure?

I'm not sure what your question is. You have a 95, and they give you one spec for a 95 F-Body. You have the exact same engine that is in every other 95 F-Body. There are no optional "models".

Comp's rpm ranges are complete bull. The stock b-body cam which is listed in the above chart is MUCH smaller than the f-body cam duration wise. Yet with good valvesprings and 1.6 rockers is routinely turned to 5800.
Why don't you just tell us what you are trying to accomplish and we can help you get there?
If trying to put together a basically stock engine I would use a stock cam before a cheap cast Comp. I am sure a LOT of guys would let one go for shipping cost.
