Can you be specific on what you jumped? No one here is able to look over your shoulder to see what you are doing.

Did you do this as mentioned above and got no fans?

-jumper D1 to D4 to run the primary fan
-jumper F1 to F4 to run the secondary fan

D1 and F4 should have 12v power all the time.

D4 and F1 go to their fan plugs terminal B. The fan plug terminal A is ground.
