runs really rough has newplugs and wires and a oil change and filter still lacks alot of power and sounds like sh5t please help it has 90,000 the opti spark is org. It runs rough cold and hot. I jst did the head gasket cause it had oil in water in the oil. It's an auto starts a little tough it is stock I'm se on owner and it has no codes

Probably need to provide a bit more info:

-how many miles on the engine?
-manual or auto trans?
-stock or modified engine?
-if modified, what are the engine mods?
-does it start easilly?
-when does it run poorly - at cold start, when fully warmed up, both?
-do you know if the Optispark distributor has ever been replaced?
-have you scanned it for codes?
-have you checked the fuel pressure?
