Valvoline Motor oil

Valvoline is really good oil, prolly the best if you're talking conventionals (non-synthetics).
Castrol sucks. Period. So does Pennzoil. Probably the worst...dark smells like @ss, almost gritty feeling.
If you want synthetic, I would (and do) stick with Mobil 1. Pretty much the best out there.
I worked at Q-Lube/Jiffy Lube for like 4 years, so I worked with oils all the time and we always got all the TSBs straight from the oil manufacturers. Also lots of test and lubrication quality data sheets.

I hope you are changing your oil at intervals of 3000 miles maximum... I think Amsoil is that oil company with the scam that says you only have to change your oil every 50,000 miles or something idiotic like that...

I didnt mean Valvoline synthetics are bad, actually the opposite....probably on par with Mobil 1. It was actually down to Mobil 1 and Valvoline full Syn for me...I just chose the Mobil 1 because I can get it FREE at work
