Am I missing anything?
crankshaft
connecting rods w/ bearings
pistons
piston rings
all gaskets
cam
lifter
spring w/ seats, shims, locks and retainers
freeze plugs
pushrods

Timing set, and the way you said "connecting rods w/bearings" makes it seem like you mean rod bearings only. If that's the case, you need to add cam bearings and main bearings to your list. Other than that, I believe you have all of the parts under control. Now it's just figuring out what brand and type of those parts you want.

Yup...thats gonna be the hard part. I thought main bearings were the bearing around the big end of the rod, but I guess not. I am still trying to learn more. I want a stock bottom end, but a medium size cam, I would like to have around 350hp. I also plan on getting the heads ported.

main bearings are what the crank spins on
rod bearings are what the rod spins on
cam bearings are what the cam spins on

you might want to include a water pump, valve seals, rear main seal (a gasket in effect) oil pump, oil pump drive, pickup, injectors, new head.intake.main bolts amongst other various bolts.

That is the key to doing this engine rebuild. Without either of those, it will never get done.
