FPR bolt stripped. What to do?

The head of the bolt that holds my old FPR is stripped at the head so a T27 bit slips and a t-30 one won't fit in. Anyone experience this problem. What can I do? I can't bring a Dremel to it because of the fuel. It kind of looks like whoever owned the car before me stripped it somehow.
