Tell me about it. I did everything possible.. i bought new whole wiper assembly (arm, blade holder and blade) and it still doesnt stay on the windshield. When it rains, lets just say i pray that i dont crash

I have found that the ONLY blades that work are the factory ones so what I did is just get some automotive spray paint(black) and spray down the factory ones beacause the paint always wears off them and then just got some refills from autozone(bosch). Before I tried some napa, aarco(sp?), and some generics and none of them worked.

Same here, just cleaned them up and returned them to black. Refills are about the only way to go unless you want to go to the dealer and pay $20 a wiper.. spray paint is much cheaper

im NOT trying to figure out how to paint my wipers its as if they float on the surface of the windshield, not wiping anything off. they dont stay against the windshield properly. one of my wipers is stock and the other one is a different brand, but the stock one did it all summer last year and by the time i stored my car the other one did it as well. they sell those little clips with springs and screws that mount on the wiper at the auto parts store, but thats just f**king tacky anyone know what exactly needs to be changed to get them back to normal?? maybe if i could find a way to change the little springs at the bottom of the wipers (the springs which allow the wipers to be lifted 90*). thanks for the answers so far and no i dont need to know how to paint them thanks
