I would recommend a Comp Cams 224/236 on a 114lS. Call Combination Motorsports and they should be able to help you out. :)

I would also recommend this same cam. My friend Maldo has upgraded to this cam from his old Lingefelter blower cam (215/220 114LSA) and we noticed a Nice difference in power and it sounded more like a cam at idle...He is only running 6# of boost on a forged pistons with ~10:1 compression, stock heads and this cam (224/236) did make a very noticeable difference in power. It pulls harder than the Ligenfelter cam. He does not have any dyno numbers yet but the car is clearly faster than it was before. We have done comparison runs between my car (which is currently set up NA) and he was able to pull me hard before with his old Ligenfelter set up but now, he can blow by me with the greatest of ease....

I would definetly recommend this cam too.

DO YOU GUYS THINK THE CAM YOU GUYS RECOMMENDED IS BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL CAM THAT WAS IN THE CAR WHICH MADE THE 517RWHP. CAM SPECS COMP CAM 229/229 112L/S W 460 OR 480 INTAKE (NOT SURE CAM CARD IS A LITTLE BLURRY)480 EX.

I would say so...It looks like the 224/236 is a better blower cam, you have a numberically higher 114 LSA which will not blow your boost out your exhaust. Plus I believe the lift numbers are like 502in/521ex with 1.5 Roller rockers too, that coupled with the added duration and even more exhaust duration makes It a better blower cam IMHO.

I would also recomend this cam as I just installed it on my car. It sounds great and idles fine. If you already havent done it yet, I would recomend getting some double coiled springs for this cam. Not for the lift but the agressive ramp rate of this cam. Like I said before...It sounds awsome !:)
