Vette Wheels

Will an 18 x 10.5 Z06 replica fit the rear of my 95 z28......they have a 58mm backspacing?.........from everything that I read in the stickies I should be ok......however I may have to grind a little of the bumpstop bracket away.....If thats all that should give me trouble I'm not concerned...The one in the stickies had 56mm BS but I think it'll be ok.......What do you guys think?

Have them on the back of mine right now. They bolted right up with no problem and don't rub at all.

Interesting... because they have an 8.03" backspace, and I had to hammer the inner fenders and cut the jounce bumper brackets back, on wheels with a 7.93" backspace, as have many others. There seems to be a huge variation in what works on what cars with the 4th Gens... apparently some large assembly tolerances that allow things to fit on one car, and rub on the next.

I know,I had the BFH and other tools out ready to go when i put them on and to my suprise they fit fine. Now the are not Factory ZO6 wheels they are the ones from the company on ebay, O.E Wheel Distributors. The size is the same as listed above though.

Did you verify the offset/backspace?

oh and it'll be fine to put a 315/35/18 under my car right?....I looked and a 10.5" rim is good for up to a 315, I just wanted to make sure I was ok to stuff it under my car.......Minor clearance work will be no problem

The only 315/35-18 tires that Tire Rack lists are Kumho racing tires. That is a 26.6" tire, or about 1" larger than the stock tires, if your car had 245/50-16's from the factory.
