I guess my memory isn't as good as it should be, I should know better then to take the thing apart without pictures.

Can you guys help me out and tell me where these lines go.

One of them is PCV I think from the intake.

 

If i'm not mistaken that first one goes behind the intake where the other very small plastic line hooks up....Not too sure though because you have the LS1 intake. Isn't the 2nd one a brake booster line? The one that goes behind the master cylinder?

that 2nd one goes into the back of the driver's side valve cover.

 

Yep good call. forgot all about the drivers valve cover. The first one goes in the back of the passenger side valve cover i think. Just look at the back passenger valve cover and check to see if you have a hose hooked up, if not that's where it goes.
