I have a very odd problem im trying to narrow down with my radio. I know the car has a time limit that the radio can be on after it has turned off and the doors stay closed, but my radio is doing it over and over again once the door is opened without the keys. As soon as I open the door it shuts off. When I close the door, about 5 seconds the later, the radio kicks back on. Open the door again and it turns off and will continue to turn back on only when the door is closed again. It never did this before my wireing harness was eatin away by rats and I just replaced the whole engine harness. I have an Eclipse deck, 4 Eclipse 6"s, and 4 MTX 10"s in a custom box that takes up my trunk. 2 MTX amps. My alarm seems to be chirping also. Even taking out the fuse right efore the battery, it chirps once and a while for no reason. Odd problems man.
