i got a 2000 ss camaro with little mods like chiped, msd wires, njk plugs, i smoothed the air lid and no screen in maf, i was told not confirmed i has a ls6 cam do to the powerband in the top end of the rpms ive pulled a z28 with 4.11's and long tube's.
now my clutch is gone noise is very bad and its gettin hard to shift so
with wat i got do i go spec one or spec two clutch kit?

If you're going Spec then go at least stage 3 or 3+.
If you plan on keeping your car as it is now, very lightly modded, a spec clutch may be a bit overkill.
Lots of vendors have good prices, and even significant sales, on the LS7 clutch. This is a great clutch for street driving and occassional track visits, and it actually "feels" lighter than stock. I run this setup on my H/C car and it handles the power very well and if comfortable to drive everyday.
