I was hoping for a manual transmission, but you'd have to order a v8 model to get their Autostick, which I'm gonna assume is like a manumatic.

I can't believe how effective the marketing for the slush box with push button / slap lever shifting has become that you threw out 2 buzzwords in one sentenece with a straight face.

Torque converter = automatic, regardless of what fancy words they have for the "shifter"
No clutch pedal = not really manual since controlling the clutch is the only remotely challenging aspect of a "manual" transmission. SMG, DSG, etc might have their place, but they ain't manuals.

Does that mean I can't get it for under 45k like it showed on the website?

Can't wait until you can do that with the Camaro.

Not that I am selling my Firebird....
