put 100 shot on car this past weekend . first ran 50 shot car ran great but clutch slipped at 90mph. ran it on 100 today and 2nd gear roll at 40mph and window switch at 3400rpm the spray would kick in but at 3900rpm the clutch would slip like crazy .clutch is new but it is a factory replacement changed it about 4 months ago also had the flywheel reserfaced. anyone know how much hp or torque the stock clutch can hold i am pushing around 425hp on the bottle

 

oh yea forgot can you adjust the clutch on these cars it is a 1995 .

 

I don't think a factory clutch is good up to 425RWHP.

You need a different clutch for sure.

 

Think i am going to save up and get a Ram powergrip HD clutch!!!!!
