I am installing a PTK with a PTE76 and a water to air intercooler on a 97 TA with a fully forged 383 with 9.0 CR, my goal would be to make as close to 800 rwhp as possible with about 15 or so ilbs of boost with meth. injecton. I have a couple of questions about the install in general, i just put together a dual walbro fuel pump and was planning to run that with the stock lines but i was told that it would not be enough, should i go ahead and weld the an fittings and run the rails in parallel with a sumped gas tank and a -10 an feed with a a1000 or whatever external fuel pump or dyno the car with the stock lines and see what happens, i also have a moroso oil pan that has the fittings for the oil level switch and what looks another for a threaded dipstick? can i run the oil return into one of these or should the oil drain be as high on the oil pan as possible. i have read many posts on fuel systems on here but would like to hear some opinions from some FI guys, thanks in advance.

You could always seperate the 2 walbro's and make the 2nd one on its own line and to kick in with a hobbs switch.

I'm running 17 psi boost on a similarly built 388. I'm using the stock lines and rails with 2 - 255 pumps, 1 on a pressure switch.

thanks for replys, i seen a picture of a guy on here named rodie i think, who taped the rails for an fittings, i went ahead and modified the rails already except i am gonna weld the fittings, and i got the aeromotive "eliminator" pump with 10 an line into a y block to two 8 an lines and two 6an into the fpr and a 8 an return, i was woundering can i use bulkhead fitting for the gas tank or should i weld a sump onto it?
